How often should I use it ?

Feel free to use it like you want, but make sure to follow the User guide.

What is the difference from each color or Level ?

Each color has a level but different resistance :

Blue : Level 1 – 40lbs

Red : Level 2 – 50lbs

Black : Level 3 – 60lbs

Will this hurt my teeth ?

No, your teeth should never hurt while or after using that.

Which one should I buy First ?

We highly recommend starting with Level 1 : Blue color and slowly upgrade for the best sensation. You can also read User guide.

Can I use it with my Braces ?


And to feel comfortable while using it follow the User guide on how to fit it.

What if I'm not happy with the result ?

Because of the thousands of good feedback that we receive, it would probably not be your case. But if it is, please contact us and we will do our best to help out.
If it’s still during the first 30 days of your purchase we will do our best to help you use it the right way, and if you still not satisfied you can also return it and you will get all your money back guaranteed

What if I accidently break it ?

Please contact us and we will do our best to satisfy you. If it’s still during the first 30 days of your purchase we can offer you a coupon and more.

Can the jaw really be reshaped ?

Yes, it can!

The motion of your mouth has muscles like all your body and because of that, you can train it like any other muscle and give him strength, tone and also make them bigger.

How can I cancel an order ?

Our goal is to please our customers first, so you’re welcome to just contact us within the next few hours of your purchase during our business hours from 9 AM-6 PM Eastern Time.

Can I change my email address after making my order ?

Yes, you can!
All the information about your purchase are used to ship your package, so we please you to contact us within the next 2hrs after your purchase to make changes because we send out every order within the next 2hrs.

NB: If your order has been dispatched before you contact us even within 2 hours, we can’t cancel your order so please send us an email as soon as possible. After that time, the cancellation will no longer be entertained if the order has been shipped.

We are able to change: your name/email, your address, and Items in your order.

System take the wrong email can change it ?

Yes, you can!

Shipping & Tracking

Do you ship internationally ?

Yes, we ship worldwide! We ship from the USA, Canada, and Australia.

Due to some difficulty, we can’t ship to some country for the moment, so feel free to contact us before placing your order

Where is my order ?

Once you place your order, please allow up to 24 hours to have your order proceed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking.

How long does the shipping takes ?

With the thousands of customers we have, we are currently experiencing very high demand so please allow 1-3 days for your order to proceed. Once it is processed you will receive an email notification with your tracking link.

Shipping time it’s not the same by location. See below our current estimates:

USA, Canada          -> 3 – 10 Business days;

Europe                     -> 5 – 20 Business days;

Rest of the World  -> 5 – 30 Business days;

Where do you ship from ?

Shiny&Health products have fulfillment centers both in the USA and Canada where we ship from.

Where is my tracking number ?

Every order includes a tracking number.

We send that usually within 2 hours after the order is placed, but it can take up to 24 hours.

If your order was placed more than two business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Duties and import taxes

We are not responsible for any duties and/or import taxes that you may be subjected to.

Duties and taxes if applicable will be charged at the customer’s expense and refunds will not be issued if you choose not to pay the charge.

Returns & Refunds


Our policy lasts 30 days. 

If 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return you must have the product with the original packaging with a receipt or proof of your order.

We will not pay for the shipping cost when you send us back our item.

Please do not send your item back without our confirmation.


If you’re qualify for a return :

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will also receive the email for approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note that we will not refund you for shipping cost, only the price of the products.

Late or missing refunds

Please allow 5-10 business days after we email you for your refund if you still not have it, first contact your credit card company, it may take sometime before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we will help you.

We will pay for the shipping cost for returning your damaged item if it is approved by us.

Returning your product

To return your product, contact us to get the address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach us may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
