Users Guide

We designed our facial fitness ball with the goal of helping our customers work out more than 57 muscles, especially those used by the motion of your bite to gives you a fuller, stronger and leaner look.

You are in the right place with our fitness ball, no more botox or face filler needed, with our innovative tool you will go from Level 1 to Level 3 and sculpt your jawline, have more tone for a rejuvenated appearance.

Before starting, adapt the ball to your teeth with the instructions below:

Boil Fully

heat a small amount of water in a saucepan, place the fitness ball in that boil water;

Wait for between 20-30 sec

After that time, remove it from the boiling water with a slotted spoon or the necklace that comes with its ball

Remove Excess water

Remove excess water by shaking it slowly, make sure that it not too hot before putting it o your mouth

Adjust it with your teeth

Align up those clear biting strips with the top and bottom front teeth of your mouth until feel comfortable, make sure the curve of the ball looking out of your mouth then bite it for 8 – 10 sec.

Perform again if needed

Repeat step 1 to 4 if needed for your comfort, but don’t boil too much the ball or no more than 30sec the fitness ball

Manual guidelines

Week 1

1. Start with Level 1 : Bleu- 40lbs(Highly Recommend)

2. Choose your Variation below for each day:

          a. Perform 3-4 sets of 5-10 reps

          b. Perform 1-4 sets of 15-30 reps

3. If you are in pain rest between 12-24 hrs

Week 2

1. Practice more with Level 1 : Bleu – 40lbs

2. If you feel comfortable increase sets or reps

3. Make sure if feel pain, to rest between 12-24 hrs

Week 3-4 or 3-5

1. Slowly move to Level 2 : Red – 50lbs

2. Now you’re at an intermediate level so increase :

          a. Perform 10-20 sets of 5-10 reps

          b. Perform 15-25 sets of 15-30 reps

3. If you are in pain rest between 12-24 hrs

Week 5-6 and 6+

1. If you feel your jaw have more strength and tone, move to Leve 3 : Black – 60lbs

2. Add various sets and reps on your own preference

3. Warning do not use before Level 1 and 2

4. Make sure if feel pain, to rest between 12-24 hrs

We Highly propose to our customers to start at the beginning with Level 1, make their face workout progressively until they feel themself comfortable to move to next Level 2 up to Level 3 who is the higher one. Make session of about 10 to 15 minutes every day and every where you want if possible for quick result and also to keep your progression.

The power and resistance of your bite will be more efficient, just focus on doing that workout to also reshape your Jaw, from low Level to high Level.
